Shipping & Delivery
Shipments are sent with the Finnish Post's Maxi Letter service. We don't charge a cent more than the Post's fees and we don't add anything for packing. If shipping costs more than the rate we're using, we will cover the extra cost and if the shipping ends up costing less, we'll include a discount voucher in your shipment to make it up to you.
The shipping costs are as follows:

Privacy & Security
We're nice people. we won't sell your information to others and we'll do our best so that they can't steal it through hacking or other naughtyness. The information that we request for you is only so that we can safely complete the transaction and get your stuff safely home to you.
Returns & Replacements
If you change your mind about an item that you have bought, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it, in unused condition. We will reimburse the cost of the item but you will have to cover the shipping costs. If you want to do this, it might be best to contact us first at contact@embraceasia.com so that we know what's going on.
If an item is broken when you get it, we will replace it after you have either returned it to us for inspection or sent a picture of it, clearly showing it's damage, to contact@embraceasia.com. If you pick up your shipment at the post or customs office and the packaging looks broken or like it's been opened, be sure to open it and check the state of it's contents together with a post or customs official.
If a shipment is lost in the mail, we will send a replacement after conducting an investigation, trying to track the shipment, with the postal agency.
